Emmerdale actress Charley Webb regularly documents her home and work life online and today was no different. The mum-of-three, who shares sons Buster, 10, Bowie, four, and Ace, one, with her husband Mathew Wolfenden, told fans she was having an emotional day.
Charley took to Instagram to share a family snap online as her eldest son returned to school.
Not only does the youngster return to the classroom for the first time in months, but today he starts year six – the final year of primary school.
The proud mum stood her first born by the front door, to snap an obligatory back to school photo.
The 10-year-old looked super smart in his new uniform and shiny shoes.
He personalised his outfit with a black hat, quilted jacket and brand new lunch box.
Next to the picture, Charley informed her 470,000 followers that she was feeling very emotional.
“I can’t believe he’s in his last year of primary school,” the soap star captioned her post.
“If you need me I’ll be sobbing in a corner somewhere.”

Yesterday, Charley filmed her children playing together in the park on their last day of the summer holidays.
The trio could be seen on the swings in the sunshine.
“Best friends,” the 32-year-old sweetly wrote alongside the footage.
With two children under the age of five still at home and a new business to work on, Charley certainly has her hands full as her eldest child returns to school.
Earlier this year, she launched her very own business – Nordi Babi – with her husband of two years.
The company sells Scandinavian-inspired wooden toys for children.
