Justin Bieber asks President Trump if he can ‘let those kids out of cages’ amid A$AP Rocky help

Justin Bieber is calling out President Donald Trump over child separations at the border southern border, pleading with him to “let those kids out of cages.”

The singer brought up the topic in a tweet Saturday after thanking the president for helping A$AP Rocky. Trump has tweeted about helping get Rocky released from his detention in Sweden following an alleged altercation involving the rapper.

“I want my friend out.. I appreciate you trying to help him,” Bieber wrote in a tweet. “But while your (sic) at it @realDonaldTrump can you also let those kids out of cages?”

Bieber isn’t alone in being concerned about the treatment of migrant children.

Last week, a 32-page report from the House Oversight Committee’s staff said the Trump administration’s “zero tolerance” immigration policy was “more harmful, traumatic and chaotic” than previously known and resulted in the separation of migrant children from their families between April and June 2018

I want my friend out.. I appreciate you trying to help him. But while your at it @realDonaldTrump can you also let those kids out of cages?

Trump has not replied to Bieber on social media.
