The daughter of the Line of Duty star added: "Thank you to my handsome boy Callum for helping me make a gorgeous girl and thank you for supporting me through this absolute gorey horror story of birth. Only you BB."
She is set to marry her fiancé, a roofer named Callum and she hilariously revealed the engagement was online before her dad found out, she told MailOnline of his reaction: "He said, Of course I'm delighted. My baby daughter's getting married!"
Madeleine added: "I was a little worried about the fact that I was the one who asked Callum to marry me, because Dad comes from a very traditional Irish background and I was concerned about what he would think."
The singer, who recently released a tune titled Manchild Apocalypse, revealed the story of their engagement to the publication: "I was really nervous as I'd been waiting on this jetty for an hour. Callum sat down next to me and I got out an Irish Claddagh ring from a jewellery bag."
She hilariously continued: "But I was down on my knee declaring my love for this man when I heard a security guard shouting at us, telling us we were not supposed to be there and that they were calling the cops."
