Mike Tindall has reportedly been claiming furlough cash for his company amid the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, despite his rumoured personal fortune of £15million.
The 42 year old, who is married to the Queen's granddaughter Zara, has a business to manage his public speaking engagements, which has become difficult amid the several national lockdowns over the past year.
According to The Sun Online, the company, called Kimble Trading Ltd, filed accounts in December last year for March 2020 and stated: "The outbreak of Covid-19 and subsequent restrictions imposed have led to a number of events in 2020 being cancelled.

“The company has taken advantage of all available government aid in order to support the business and its employees through the crisis.”
The firm lists only two staff members on Companies House, Mike himself, who is expecting a third child with his wife Zara, as well as a secretary. All other five members resigned in the past.
The same publication claimed that the company is also on a government list of firms using the furlough scheme, which pays 80 per cent of an employee's salary. There is no suggestion of any illegal activity taking place.

Tory MP Nigel Mills is said to have commented: “It’s a bit rich for Mike Tindall to be taking money from the public purse.”
Late last year, Mike was listed as the fourth richest former rugby player, worth an estimated £15.7million according to Ruck magazine.
It comes Mike recently spoke out about his 39 year old wife's pregnancy on his podcast The Good, The Bad & The Rugby.

He told listeners: “It’s been a pretty good week for me. We had a little scan last week – third Tindall on its way."
Wife Zara, who he shares daughters Mia, six, and two year old Lena with, previously revealed that she’d suffered two miscarriages.
“Z is very good, always careful because of things that have happened in the past,” Mike added. “And yeah, really looking forward to it.”

He also joked that they’d be naming the new arrival after coronavirus, saying, “We’re not sure what to do, Covi or Covina.”
Friend of the couple Chloe Madeley, 33, whose partner James Haskell, 35, shares the podcast with Mike, told OK! she’s thrilled, revealing: “I’m so, so excited for them – we’ve known for a while.
"Their family is amazing – they’re all so fun much to be around. We love spending time with them.”
