Fresh-faced and glamorous Ranvir Singh, 44, has announced she has found love with 26-year-old runner Louis Church. The Good Morning Britain presenter seems delighted over the partnership with her beau, who is almost 20 years her junior.
I’m really happy!
The pair went public as they celebrated the run-up to Christmas at last Sunday’s Capital’s Jingle Bell Ball with Barclaycard at the O2 Arena in London.
Although much has been made of the so-called Strictly “curse”, Ranvir has only had good luck so far after meeting her toyboy behind-the-scenes of the BBC show.
She had divorced ex-husband Ranjeet Singh Dehal, with whom she has a nine-year-old son, before signing up for her Strictly stint.
Onlookers reportedly spotted Ranvir and Louis cuddling, kissing, and embracing the festive mood at the O2 along with her son Tushaan.
The Good Morning Britain presenter appeared unable to conceal her smiles as she stepped out with her new beau.
Meanwhile, she recently told The Sun of her romance: “I’m really happy.”
A source also told the publication that she had met Louis’s family, even attending his aunt’s wedding last week.
The source added: “It’s obvious Louis has taken a real shine to Tushaan.
“They’ve kept their romance out of the spotlight but when Ranvir was invited to go to the music event at O2 she wanted to go with Louis and her son.
“They both are clearly madly in love and were holding hands nearly all day. They have incredible chemistry.
“Ranvir was beaming with happiness as she watched Louis and Tushaan together.
“Louis couldn’t stop smiling either and he looked really proud as Ranvir posed for pictures with fans. They seemed like a really happy family unit. It’s so great to see Ranvir so happy again.”
When Ranvir took part in Strictly last year, it was at first her friendship with Giovanni Pernice that had set tongues wagging due to their chemistry on the dance floor.
However, the pair have always insisted they are just good friends.
It appears now that it was Louis she was enchanted with on the show.
Louis has worked for channels including BBC1, ITV Channel 5 and All4.
The shows he has participated with include not just Strictly, but also Soccer Aid, The Greatest Dancer, Hey Tracey! and Comic Relief.
His profile on TalentManager.com reveals: “I am an experienced Runner who has predominantly worked in live studio television, factual entertainment, entertainment, reality, studio game shows, commercials and celebrity panel shows.
“The jobs I’ve particularly enjoyed so far have been on Soccer Aid, Strictly Come Dancing and First Dates Hotel. They stand out because of my love for live shows, sport and a real passion for meeting and getting to know new people.”
