Travis Barker Talks About C**ming in Cup Amid Kourtney Kardashians IVF Journey

In a new interview, the Blink-182 drummer stresses the importance to normalize men playing role in couples’ journeys to having children as saying that he’s ‘never been fazed by any of that.’

AceShowbizTravis Barker is keeping it real. The Blink-182 drummer is not one to feel shy to discuss some of the most intimate parts of his IVF journey with his wife Kourtney Kardashian on camera.

In an interview with GQ that was published on Thursday, November 17, the musician noted the importance to normalize men playing role in couples’ journeys to having children. “I don’t care if I’m c**ming in a cup or whatever. It’s real life,” he said.

“If any of that can help people – seeing Kourtney’s journey through IVF, which is super hard for a woman,” Travis continued. “You saw her struggle with it and talk about it. That’s real.”

The 47-year-old musician continued, “And there’s however many millions of dudes that have to go give their semen for this same procedure. So it’s, like, relatable, you know? I’ve never been fazed by any of that.”

Travis and Kourtney, who tied the knot in May, often got candid about their ups and downs with IVF on her family’s reality TV show “The Kardashians“. “The fertility journey, Travis and I, we stay in the moment and just do the steps that we need to do,” the Poosh founder shared during a May episode of the show. “It is nice to hear good news and have some positivity. We love that, but we just wait to hear the final words.”

However, Kourtney revealed in a September interview with WSJ. Magazine that she had to pause her fertility treatments after it got overwhelming. “We started an IVF journey, but I stopped. It was a lot. I took a break to just focus on our wedding and getting married,” she shared.

The mom of three also talked about her plans to explore the Ayurvedic Panchakarma cleanse again. “No sex, no caffeine, no alcohol, no sugar. You’ve gotta eat this really clean, strict diet and you do it for five days. It’s to reset your body,” the daughter of Kris Jenner told the outlet, adding that the process is for “cleaning out [the toxins from] your tissues.”

Back to Travis’ interview, he shared that there are certain aspects of his relationship that he prefers to keep quiet. He went on to say that it was Kris’ idea to capture his October 2021 proposal on camera and he agreed with one condition. “I can’t see one camera, and Kourtney cannot see one camera,” he said. Eventually, the show aired footage that was captured by GoPro cameras hidden in the vast array of red roses at the scene.
