Jerry Lorenzo is a household name within the real of luxury streetwear brands, and as the seasons gears up for the transition into Fall, his popular of Fear of God imprint is ready to roll out more products to the public. To cap off the month of August, the high-end imprint is once again reconvening with New Era to produce a new collaborative assortment of 59FIFTY Fitted and Essentials 950 RC hats. Additionally, the LA-based designer has unveiled a fresh FG snapback that draws from the KC Monarchs and is devised to commemorate the Negro Leagues’ 100th anniversary.
The 59FIFTY Fitted offerings are styled with the traditional F script logo — which is a salute to the Detroit Tigers as this is the MLB team that drafted Lorenzo’s father Jerry Manuel in the 1979 draft. Four classic colorways including a kelly green, orange, navy and black are enlisted here along with with three exclusive iterations: The West Coast Exclusive which comes in Dodger blue, the New Era exclusive which is styled in dark green, and the Foot Inc. Exclusive which is whipped up kelly green with an orange visor.
The aforementioned FG snapback is designed with white backdrops and red pinstripe detailing and features oversized “F” and “G” letters across the front. This hat is on track to to launch later in the holiday season, and proceeds from this release will go towards the Negro League Museum in Kansas City.

All other Essential 59FIFTY Fitted styles and the Essentials 950 RC collection will be available August 20 through New Era.
