Squid Game, House of Gucci, and Succession Lead the SAG Awards Nominations — See the Full List!

The 2022 Screen Actors Guild Awards nominations are in! The organization, honoring the best in television and movies, announced the nominees on Instagram Live with Rosario Dawson and Vanessa Hudgens on Jan. 12. The competition is fierce this year with House of Gucci leading in the film category with three nominations, Being the Ricardos stars Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem scoring two nominations, and King Richard earning two nominations.

Television saw the stiffest competition between costars. Succession led with five nominations. In the outstanding performance by a male actor in a drama series category, Succession stars Brian Cox, Kieran Culkin, and Jeremy Strong are competing for the win — much like their characters. Ted Lasso scored five nominations with stars Juno Temple and Hannah Waddingham competing for outstanding performance by a female actor in a comedy series. Meanwhile, Brett Goldstein and Jason Sudeikis are duking it out in the outstanding performance by a male actor in a comedy series category.

Mare of Easttown and Squid Game also got a hefty four nominations each. Squid Game is the first foreign-language series and the first Korean series to get a spot at the awards show. Helen Mirren is receiving a special honor with the SAG Life Achievement Award, with 13 nominations and five wins throughout her career.

The Harder They Fall was snubbed with zero nominations. Only Murders in the Building star Selena Gomez was also excluded from the nominations, though her costars Steve Martin and Martin Short scored nominations in the outstanding performance by a male actor in a comedy series category.

The 2022 SAG Awards air live on Feb. 27 at 5 p.m. PT/8 p.m. ET on TNT and TBS. See the full list of nominations below.
