Giovanna Fletcher turned 36th on Friday and celebrated in the way we celebrate everything these days… with a nice walk.
The I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! winner went out for a lovely wintery stroll in nature with her husband fomer McFly singer Tom Fletcher and their children Buzz, six, Buddy, five and two-year-old Max.

But aside from going getting some fresh air, the other way that the star brought in her birthday was with one of the most incredible selection of foods we have ever seen.
The podcast host and acclaimed author shared footage of cardboard boxes full of scrummy spreads including biscuits, fruit, sandwiches, as well as mini bagels and salmon.
Giovanna captioned it, writing: "I'll be rolling into 36…"
However the food didn't stop there as an afternoon tea was also provided by Busted singer Matt Willis and his presenter wife Emma…. yum.
On top of all this she also got given an incredibly decorated pink cake, which she posted alongside the caption: "@tomfletcher might not have baked my cake (because where is the time?!), but he’s made up for it with this delight from @tamostreats!!!"
We are so jealous off all the delicious food Giovanna gets to eat, but in the past the star may not have wanted to indulge.
The Queen of the Castle recently admitted in an interview with Fabulous Magazine that in the past she was: "punishing my body, being skinny and making myself smaller".
Now when the star looks back on old snaps she realises she didn’t need to be worried.
She said: ”I look back at photos now and think: “What were you worried about?” But at the time it was about punishing my body, being skinny and making myself smaller because then I’d be more acceptable."

She went on: "I had a dysfunctional relationship with food – certainly how I viewed my body and definitely how I treated it in terms of food was dysfunctional."
The mother of three also revealed that her problems began as a child as she shared that she felt uncomfortable on beach trips.

She said: "I remember being on Frinton beach when I was about nine and seeing stretch marks on my thighs.
"I was always the tubbier one. Compared to my brother and sister who were like sticks, I was much curvier."
