Today is National Dog Day – so why not mark the celebration with a fur-mazing brainteaser?
Natures Menu created the tricky puzzle, which asks you to find the rare breed hiding between popular pups.
To complete the task, you must identify the Xoloitzcuintle, which is also known as the Mexican hairless dog.
So how long will it take you to find the mysterious mutt? Apparently, you should aim to do it in less than 24 seconds.
James Langan, Managing Director of Natures Menu said: “With the number of people owning dogs increasing since lockdown began, we have discovered the UK’s most popular dog breeds and which are the most unusual.
"Whilst many people have opted for a Cockapoo, Border Collie, Cocker Spaniel or Labrador, we have also seen some unusual dog breeds joining new pet parents."
Struggling to find the pooch?
Try looking for its angular face, which is very different to the other fuzzy-looking dogs in the picture.
We’d also recommend searching for its pointy ears.
If you’re still stuck, look towards the centre of the image.
So did you find it? Check out the answer below.
National Dog Day was set-up in the US – but now it’s an international celebration.
Colleen Paige, Pet & Family Lifestyle Expert and Animal Advocate, was the brains behind the calendar event.
August 26 is especially poignant for the dog lover as it’s the same date she adopted her first pooch “Sheltie”.
On its website, National Dog Day reveals it aims "to help galvanise the public to recognise the number of dogs that need to be rescued each year and acknowledges family dogs and dogs that work selflessly each day to save lives, keep us safe and bring comfort."
