Royal enthusiasts have shared their delight after noticing one-year-old Lucas Tindall in the crowd alongside his parents Mike and Zara during the Platinum Jubilee Pageant last night.

The young royal appeared to enjoy a dance with his mum and dad before seemingly being whisked off home – with fans online explaining they didn’t notice the youngster throughout most the televised coverage.

Joining his older sisters Mia, eight, and Lena, three, Lucas looked adorable in navy dungarees and a light blue shirt. Mike held him in his arms while rocking him side to side to the music, as Princess Anne’s daughter Zara swayed next to them.

The Queen’s granddaughter, 41, cut a stylish figure in a £740 Zimmermann cream floral-print Broderie Anglaise cotton midi dress, while her former England Rugby playing husband, 43, wore a colour-coordinated suit.

A third added: ‘OMG even little Lucas was there.’ The Tindall children joined several of the Queen’s other great-grandchildren at the celebration – including Princess Eugenie’s one-year-old son August.

Princess Beatrice’s stepson Christopher, whose nickname is Wolfie, six, also sat in the royal box with his stepmother and father Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi.

Meanwhile, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s children were all in attendance, with Prince Louis, four, stealing the show with his amusing facial expressions, while sitting next to his sister Princess Charlotte, seven, and brother Prince George, eight.

Their cousins Savannah and Isla Philips also joined the royal family watching the celebration. Savannah, 12, is the Queen’s eldest greatgrandchild and the daughter of Peter Philips and his ex-wife Autumn Kelly. She was joined by sister Isla, 11.

The Queen’s grandchildren and great-grandchildren are all close, with Mike Tindall previously revealing he heard about the birth of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s son, Archie, via a message on the royal cousins’ WhatsApp group.

Speaking to The Telegraph, he said: ‘[Harry will] be a great dad. We’ll just let him ease into it himself, find out his own way. The thing is, we’re so lucky with ours; ours have always slept so hopefully they’ll get that as well.

‘Obviously, he’s godfather to Lena, but we’ve got a great group of young ones in the family now. Lena and obviously Louis are similar ages and Mia’s sort of in between Charlotte and George, and then you’ve got Peter’s children Savannah and Isla who are just a little bit older.

‘James (Viscount Severn, Prince Edward’s son) is, well not exactly the ring leader, but he’s the oldest. So, yeah, it’s going to be a good little group. And Harry, he’s busy, but he loves playing with them all and he’ll be a good dad.’

Elsewhere, Mike showed he is the royal family’s secret weapon during Platinum Jubilee celebrations this weekend with fans branding him the ‘cool, fun uncle’ after he posted a a series of hilarious snaps.

The former England rugby player entertained an unruly Prince Louis, poked fun at Princess Eugenie’s fashion sense, and chatted with Prince Harry and Meghan Markle during the royal celebrations in London.

Mike dutifully accompanied Zara to five different events over the course of the four-day weekend: Trooping the Colour, the Service of Thanksgiving, Epsom Derby, the Platinum Party and the Platinum Pageant.

And at all times Mike appeared in typically jovial spirits and was on hand to help out with all the royal children.

At times during the pageant on Sunday, Louis was seen clenching his fists, sticking out his tongue, waving his arms in the air, putting his hands over his mother’s mouth and standing in his seat for a better view of the spectacle.

Luckily, Mike was on hand to make funny faces at Louis to keep him entertained, and was seen pointing to his eyes, in an ‘I’m watching you’ gesture as Louis’ mother Kate Middleton, 40, looked on and laughed.
