Starbucks unveils new January 2021 menu with vegan options and honeycomb drink

Starbucks had revealed its January 2021 menu – and there are some exciting additions.

To kick off Veganuary – where an estimated 500,000 people say no to meat – the chain is selling two new plant-based dishes.

The No Chick’n & BBQ Bean Hot Wrap, £3.99, is a tasty flame grilled soya-based chicken alternative with BBQ beans, spinach, onion, coriander and a hint of lime juice.

Meanwhile, the £4.49 plant-based breakfast option is made from a yummy Beyond Breakfast Sausage® patty, Starbucks signature tomato relish, tofu turmeric egg alternative and a slice of melted plant-based cheese.

You can pick up the dishes from January 5 to March 3 in all UK stores.

The items can also be ordered from UberEats and Just Eat – meaning you can still get your mitts on them if you’re self-isolating!

Interestingly, the brekkie sandwich is the debut of the Beyond Breakfast Sausage in the UK – and it’s a Starbucks exclusive recipe.

However, if you’re a little more carnivorous there’s lots on offer for you too.

The new Signature Breakfast Sandwich, £3.60, comprises of Hickory smoked bacon, scrambled egg, cheddar cheese and tomato relish on a tasty pretzel roll.

And, there are two new hot drink offerings launching in stores.

For a limited time only the Honeycomb Macchiato is made from velvety steamed milk, smooth Starbucks Blonde® Espresso Roast and a rich honeycomb flavour syrup and crunchy honeycomb-inspired topping.

Lush!

Meanwhile, the Double Chocolatey Macchiato could be your new addiction, with white chocolate and cocoa, finished with a chocolate drizzle crosshatch.

You can customise the drinks with your favourite roast, dairy alternatives and toppings, too.

There’s even a brand new dairy-free milk option – the Starbucks™ Original Nut Blend which is made from hazelnut, cashews and rice.
