Miley Cyrus ‘shaken for days’ after terrifying close encounter with glowing UFO

Robbie Williams isn’t the only celeb who has experienced close encounters as Miley Cyrus has revealed she was once “chased” by a UFO.

The singer recalled: “I had an experience, actually. I was driving through San Bernardino with my friend, and I got chased down by some sort of UFO."

She explained: "The best way to describe it is a flying snowplow. It had this big plow in the front of it and was glowing yellow.

"I did see it flying, and my friend saw it, too. There were a couple of other cars on the road and they also stopped to look, so I think what I saw was real.

"I was shaken for, like, five days. It f***ed me up.”

However, Miley did admit she perhaps wasn’t at her best: “I’d also bought weed wax from a guy in a van in front of a taco shop, so it could have been the weed wax.”

The Can't Be Tamed songstress went on: "I couldn’t really look at the sky the same. I thought they might come back.

"I didn’t feel threatened at all, actually, but I did see a being sitting in the front of the flying object. It looked at me and we made eye contact, and I think that’s what really shook me, looking into the eyes of something that I couldn’t quite wrap my head around.

"But you’re so right to say that it’s a form of narcissism to think that we’re the only things that could be in this vast universe," she added to Interview magazine.

Miley has been very open about her drug use in the past, but recently revealed she was sober after years of partying.

Back in June she explained she was six months sober after having to go through vocal chord surgery back in November last year.

She said on Variety's Big Ticket podcast that it made her look into her family history and why she might be the way she is, admitting it was "really hard" being sober.

Miley said: "It’s like, 'honey, you can call me a lot of things, but I know that I’m fun.'

"The thing that I love about it is waking up 100%, 100% of the time. I don’t want to wake up feeling groggy. I want to wake up feeling ready."
