Royal fans were left defending Prince Louis after Supernanny Jo Frost shared her thoughts on the young royal’s behaviour during the Platinum Jubilee celebrations.

Prince Louis, who is the youngest child of Prince William and Kate, was part of the historic event and appeared to charm the nation with his antics.

During the RAF flyover, Louis animatedly covered his ears and scrunched up his face due to the loud noise caused by the aircraft.

Later on, Louis covered Kate’s mouth while he tried to talk to her and then stuck his tongue out as she appeared to scold him.

He placed his thumb on his nose and blew a raspberry towards his mother who tried her best to get the youngster to behave.

Due to their status and close relation to the Queen, the royals were continuously filmed throughout the celebrations which meant that Louis’ behaviour was broadcast to the world.

A video of Louis was also posted on Hello! Magazine’s Instagram with the caption: “Prince Louis is exactly how we feel about work tomorrow!”

Supernanny Jo Frost commented on the video, which showed the prince wagging his finger at Kate: “Love how mum is addressing [his behaviour] in public. Prince Louis needs to listen up and do as he’s told,” and signed off with two love heart eye emojis.

Fans also defended Kate and said that Louis may have been “over stimulated” and “tired,” which led to his mischievous behaviour.

Despite Jo's praise for Kate, fans weren’t too happy with her comment about Louis.

A fan was quick to defend the child, saying: “He’s been listening and doing as he’s told for days!”

Another chimed in and said that he “is a four-year-old” and “not a prop,” while one seemingly annoyed follower noted that he had “been stuck in a suit for four days,” is “probably bored out of his mind” and praised the “little guy” for “doing well,” given the circumstances.
