AceShowbizTravis Scott (II) is now facing hundreds of millions worth of lawsuits. The “Goosebumps” rapper needs to answer to a massive $750 million lawsuit brought against him by more than 125 fans after the deadly Astroworld Festival.

On Tuesday, November 16 over 125 fans filed a petition against the 30-year-old rapper, Drake, Apple as well as Live Nation totaling $750 million. The lawsuit was filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzzbee.

In the legal document, Travis and the concert organizers were blamed for the negligence of planning and failing to properly train security. The lawsuit claimed the $750 million is meant to cover both physical and mental health injuries as well as the loss of life.

“No amount of money will ever make these Plaintiffs whole; no amount of money can restore human life,” Tony said. The attorney further explained, “But, the damages sought in this case attempts to fix, help, or make up for the harms and losses suffered by these Plaintiffs — nothing more and nothing less.”

Travis and Live Nation offered refunds almost immediately to concertgoers and the lawsuit addresses that offer. Tony called it “a transparent and grotesque effort of the Defendants to limit their liability, after the fact, to the families of those killed or injured.”
