In December 2020, Kim revealed to PEOPLE how she sculpted her voluptuous curves after giving birth to her two oldest children.

The SKIMS founder admitted that she gained a considerable amount of weight with the birth of her son, Saint, six, leading her to think differently about food to shed the pounds.

“I think dieting is so important to weight loss, whereas, I didn’t really ever think that before,” the then mom of two told the outlet.

“I thought, ‘Oh, I can work out, I can just eat whatever I want.’ But you have to work out all the time.”

She said she followed the Atkins 40 plan to stick to a healthy diet consisting of 1,800 calories a day while undergoing intense workouts.

"We eat a lot of fish and turkey. It's a full modified thing. I worked with them in them sending me their snack stuff," Kim said though she confessed that she still liked to indulge.

"And there would be this trail mix with M&M chocolates with peanuts, so there was stuff that makes it you feel like you can live. And not like super restricted to anything," she added.

The TV star then shared a relatable moment for fellow mothers trying to maintain their diets with two little kids.

“I started going to Disneyland and taking my kids and eating Churros and all that really crappy stuff that I love.

“But then you feel so s—– after you eat it, when you’ve been doing so good," Kim said after admitting that she did find it hard to stay on track with her healthy eating habits.

The beauty mogul also credited her time in the gym to hitting her goal weight, saying she worked out at 6am while her children were sleeping.

In addition to her son Saint and daughter North, nine, Kim later welcomed two more children: a daughter, Chicago, four, and a son Psalm, three, with her now ex-Kanye West, 45, via surrogate.

Being a mom of four has not stopped the KUWTK alum from obtaining her fitness goals, as she has continued to mold her body in extreme fashions.

In May, she revealed that she went to great lengths to ensure that she fit into Marilyn Monroe's dress for the Met Gala.

Kim donned the infamous gown the actress wore when she sang Happy Birthday, Mr. President in 1962 to the prestigious event.

Speaking with Vogue on the red carpet at the gala, the model explained the many hoops she had to jump through to fit into the gown.

She first traveled with her boyfriend, Pete Davidson, 28, to Orlando, Florida, where the dress was held at Ripley's Believe It or Not!

Kim shared: "I had this idea to try it on and then they came with armed guards and gloves."

Initially, the dress didn't fit the TV personality's signature curves, but that didn't stop her from wearing it to the Met Gala.

She told the magazine: "I tried it on and it didn't fit me. I said, 'Give me three weeks.'

"I had to lose 16 pounds down today."

Kim went on: "It was such a challenge. It was like a [movie] role. I was determined to fit [into] it. I haven't had carbs or sugar in about three weeks.

"We're having pizza and doughnut party back at the hotel [after the Met Gala]."

Kim recently revealed that she had lost 21 pounds after ridding junk food from her diet.

Kim's sister Khloe is also no stranger to making outlandish efforts to achieve her pin-thin figure.

The Revenge Body star previously promoted Flat Tummy Tea, swearing by the product's fast results.

She posed with the product in a past Instagram post while rocking a sports bra, showing off her toned abs.

She appeared to be in her closet as shelves of running shoes were shown in the background.

In her caption, Khloe gushed over the brand: "This @flattummytea is working the bloat out! Don't be mad, just go order you some tea."

Her sisters are also known to be supporters of the brand.

Meanwhile, the eldest Kardashian sibling, Kourtney, has taken a different approach to her wellness routine.

The 43-year-old has been trying to conceive a child with her husband, Travis Barker, 46, who she wed last month.

She shared some of her wild remedies in an episode of The Kardashians, where she underwent a Panchakarma cleanse.

The ancient method is rooted in the Indian practice of detoxifying and cleansing the body of unwanted waste.

Panchakarma, which translates to "five actions," tends to include a pre-cleanse, an actual cleanse, and a post-cleanse.

The pre-cleanse alone required the couple to refrain from intercourse, caffeine, sugar, and exercise.
