Chrissy Teigen's worst tweets resurface amid Courtney Stodden cyberbullying claims after model admits 'I was a troll'

CHRISSY Teigen’s worst tweets have resurfaced amid Courtney Stodden's claims of cyber bullying.

The old tweets have reappeared as the 35-year-old model issued a lengthy apology admitting she “was a troll.”

In a recently published Medium post, Chrissy admitted she was a "troll" and an "a**hole" and apologized for her past bullying tweets.

In the self-published blog post, Chrissy wrote: "I’ve apologized publicly to one person, but there are others — and more than just a few — who I need to say I’m sorry to.

“I’m in the process of privately reaching out to the people I insulted.

“…I understand that they may not want to speak to me. I don’t think I’d like to speak to me.

“(The real truth in all of this is how much I actually cannot take confrontation.) But if they do, I am here and I will listen to what they have to say, while apologizing through sobs.”

John Legend’s wife continued: "There is simply no excuse for my past horrible tweets. My targets didn’t deserve them. No one does.

"Many of them needed empathy, kindness, understanding and support, not my meanness masquerading as a kind of casual, edgy humor."

Chrissy’s first victim to speak out was Courtney, 26.

In a number of tweets, Chrissy told Courtney to "go to sleep forever" when they were just 16.

Courtney – who uses the pronoun they – spoke out against the model in an interview with The Daily Beast.

They said: "She wouldn't just publicly tweet about wanting me to take 'a dirt nap' but would privately DM me and tell me to kill myself. Things like, "I can't wait for you to die."'

One past tweet from Chrissy read: “@CourtneyStodden my Friday fantasy: you. Dirt nap. Mmmmmm baby.”

A second said, “Go. To sleep. Forever” in response to a tweet from Courtney that read: “On the 8th day of Christmas my true love gave to me: Eight Erotic Elves.”

A third read: “@CourtneyStodden I hate you.”

A fourth stated: “@CourtneyStodden what drug makes you do that with your mouth? Asking for a friend who really wants to know how to look like an idiot. thanks.”

Chrissy then apologized on Twitter – despite still having Stodden blocked on social media.

However, Courtney slammed Chrissy's public apology and claimed she never did so "privately" and only did it to "save face."

Another one of the model’s targets was Lindsay Lohan, 34.

An unearthed tweet from Chrissy’s account in 2011 resurfaced poking fun at Lohan's previous self-harm struggle, which read: “Lindsay adds a few more slits to her wrists when she sees Emma Stone."

Lindsay has not yet addressed the since-deleted tweet, though her mother Dina previously told Page Six: “When someone says hurtful words they’re not just hurting that person, they’re hurting their siblings, their mother, their grandma.

"They’re inflicting so much pain."

Chrissy also faced backlash for calling Teen Mom star Farrah Abraham a "w***e" and claiming "everyone hates you."

Her tweet read: "Farrah Abraham now thinks she's pregnant from her sex tape.

"In other news, you're a wh**e" and everyone hates you, whoops not other news, sorry."

Farrah, 30, recently slammed Chrissy for the tweets, as she told Fox News: “It's really just a pathetic statement after someone has gone to therapy publicly for sex shaming, working through my own depression, bereavement, and vulnerabilities at that time.

“I don't even say the words she says.”

The mom-of-one called the model "an unfit person in society" after the resurfaced tweet from Chrissy was shared by author Candace Owens.

Chrissy also slammed singer Mariah Carey, 51, in a tweet from 2010.

While Mariah was pregnant with twins shared with ex Nick Cannon, the model wrote: “Why is anyone surprised Mariah is having twins? I was always pretty positive there were 2-15 babies growing inside of her.”

Another singer Chrissy targeted on Twitter was Lady Gaga, 35.

In a resurfaced tweet, Chrissy wrote: “Aaaaah. I feel like lady gaga. But with lady parts.”

Additionally, the mother slammed Avril Lavigne, 36, in 2011 by stating that she would never want to have a kid like the Sk8er Boi singer.

According to Daily Record, Chrissy wrote in a now-deleted tweet:  "If u told me I could have 1 kid, but it would be exactly like avril, I would choose to have a barren, sterile existence that ends when I die [sic]."

She continued to slam Avril in another tweet, writing: "Watching an avril lavigne interview. The second most painful thing I have watched today after 'the goods.'"

Back in 2015, Chrissy bullied actress Tamera Mowry, 42, by announcing her pregnancy as part of an ad for Clearblue.

At the time, the Sister Sister actress shared a snap of herself holding up a positive pregnancy test and wrote: “#ClearblueConfirmed with Baby #2!! Love @Clearblue’s pregnancy test that counted down with me until the result! #spon.”

UPROXX reported that Chrissy slammed Tamera for announcing the news with an ad, writing: “How much money does clearblue pay celebs to instagram their piss sticks this seems lucrative.”

After a number of Tamera’s fans called out Chrissy for the comment, the model responded: “Why so hurt? A lot of people have done it, you just don't notice it because you're roooooobots.”

She even responded to one person directly, claiming: “No one is throwing shade and I was actually saying I'd do it (hence lucrative) but everyone always wants to be mad.”

No one seemed to be off of Chrissy’s radar, including child actress Quvenzhané Wallis.

Back in 2013, the model called the then nine-year-old actress “cocky” in a series of tweets.

The actress, now 17, was in the spotlight for her Academy Award-nominated role in Beasts of the Southern Wild.

In one past tweet, Chrissy wrote: “I am forced to like Quvenzhané Wallis because she is a child right? Okay fine.”

She wrote in a following post: “Is it okay to call a small child cocky?”

Chrissy continued to explain her controversial feelings about the actress, as she wrote to a fan: “What did I say? That she is cocky? I could have said brat. yes I think she’s a brat. Big f**king deal.”
