Dancing On Ice judges slammed as 'a joke' by furious fans after controversial semi-final decision

DANCING On Ice viewers have slammed the judges for saving Kye Whyte over Stef Reid in the latest dance off.

In a hotly contested eliminator, both athletes gave their all and performed well.

But there were grumblings on Twitter that the unanimous decision to save BMXer Kye wasn't the right one after four appearances in the bottom two.

One viewer wrote: "I honestly dont understand this judging stef produced some of the best routines and her skate off performance was definitely stronger but someone who has been in the skate off 4 times gets through to the semi final absolute joke."

Another posted: "The scoring on #dancingonice is a joke really sorry but it is say it every year."

A third said: "just caught up on tonight's #Dancingonice and all i can say is are those judges having a joke."

Ashley Banjo, Oti Mabuse and Christopher Dean were all in agreement as was head judge Jayne Torvill.
