The reality star also revealed the sweet name her granddaughter will call her – Mama Love.

The proud grandmother captioned the post: "Don’t mind me, I’m just round here enjoying Granternity leave from work.

"Blessed and grateful beyond measure to have our first grandchild. She’s beautiful, she’s healthy and I’m gonna try my very best as her Granny to remember she’s not actually mine. But she’s mine."

Mica then went on to share the newborn's adorable name.

She added: "Welcome to this crazy world Koko. You’ll grow up to be well respected and well protected in these streets. Mama Love."

The Gogglebox cast rushed to congratulate Mica following the announcement.

Taking to the comments, Izzi Warner said: "Aww how lovely, congratulations all of you."

Daniel Lustig-Webb commented: "Congratulations."

While a fan wrote: "Awww you look so happy. Congratulations to you all."

Mica and her partner Marcus have become fan favourites on Gogglebox since joining the cast in 2018.

The pair have been in a relationship for several years and share a son called Yash.

Mica also has two daughters, Sachelle and Shuggy, from a previous relationship – both of whom have made an appearance on the Channel 4 show in the past.

Meanwhile, Marcus has a 22-year-old son named Shiloh Defreitas who is a professional boxer who boxes under the name Sugar Shy.

The young athlete has had a successful career as a boxer and has appeared in fights at the O2 in London.

Shiloh once came close to joining his family on Gogglebox, but later decided it "didn't work for him".

He explained: “I tried going on the show once – it didn't work out."

Marcus quipped: "Gogglebox is not for everyone. Not everyone can 'Goggle'. He's too aggressive. Me and him just argued so I told him to sling his hook.

"The producers were trying to help him out but then he'd go off on one again. No Gogglebox for him, he's a fighter."
