Where was the ITV drama Six Four filmed?
Six Four’s original novel was set in Japanese, having been brought to life on paper by author Hideo Yokoyama.
And while the central themes and storylines remain the same, the ITV adaptation has been changed heavily for the small screen, most notably in its location.
Rather than setting the story in Japan like the novel, Six Four screenwriter Gregory Burke chose to set it in and around Glasgow where it was filmed.

Actor Kevin McKidd is probably best known for playing Owen Hunt in ABC’s medical drama Grey’s Anatomy.
He has been living in Los Angeles for more than a decade with little time to visit his family and friends due to his busy schedule.
Speaking to press, including Express.co.uk, McKidd talked about what it was like coming home to Scotland to film the drama.
“It was great to be home for me, I get horribly homesick a lot of the time.”
He continued: “I’ve been wanting to work back in Scotland for quite some time, so it truly felt like a really lovely homecoming.
“And I love working over there (in America) and the crews and actors are brilliant.
“But there’s something that just feels really familiar, there’s a shorthand that exists, I think, in British crews and British actors, between us all, that you just kind of know.”
Six Four premieres on Thursday, March 30, on ITVX.
