HOLLY Willoughby shared a sweet message for Phillip Schofield and Alison Hammond as This Morning stars celebrated Pride in London.

The presenter, 41, took to Instagram to confess how much she wanted to be involved in the celebrations today.



This year's Pride month started on Wednesday, June 1, 2022, and is to continue until Thursday, June 30, 2022.

Today marks the annual London Pride parade, and thousands of people have gathered in the capital to take part.

However, Holly was unable to attend because of a family party.

Meanwhile Holly's co-stars Phil, 60, and Alison, 47, were all smiles as they walked the streets of London.

Phil shared a selection of pictures from his day on Instagram.

In one the telly favourite had a huge smile on his face as he posed for a snap with Alison in front of a stunning, colourful backdrop.

The duo also met up with Loose Women stars Charlene White, Judi Love and Linda Robson.

"Me and the girls," Phil captioned the post.

The TV stars rocked white t-shirts with ITV printed on them in the colours of the rainbow – to show support to the LGBTQ+ community.

Phil completed the look with black sunglasses, denim skinny jeans and a pair of Converse.

Alison rocked animal print trousers, rainbow sandals and pink see-through sunglasses.

More than a million Brits are celebrating the 50th anniversary of Britain's first Pride parade.

Crowds wore face paint, glitter, jewels, sequins and waved the rainbow flag to demand fairer treatment of LGBT+ people.

Organisers called the event the "biggest and most inclusive event in history".

A line-up of celebrity performers taking to four stages include Emeli Sande, who came out publicly in April.

More than 600 LGBT+ community groups are joining the march, which will pass significant sites from the UK's first LGBT+ movement.

Popstar Ava Max will close the show on the Trafalgar Square stage, while other performers include Eurovision-winner Netta, Samantha Mumba and Kat Graham.

All proceeds raised from commercial partnerships are reinvested into the LGBT+ community, such as through the Unity Fund, organisers said.
