I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! is an annual TV highlight for many with the lovable duo Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly leading the way. The ITV reality show has been on for almost two decades and for the first time ever on Friday, an episode had to be pre-recorded because of Storm Arwen. The weather conditions have continued to cause far more trouble for the show than initially expected with this past weekend’s live shows being axed – but will it be back on ITV on Monday?
The remaining 11 celebrities have been living at Gwrych Castle in Wales for the past week with fans able to follow their every move thanks to the ITV show.
However, for the first time in the show’s 19 years, I’m A Celebrity couldn’t be aired live on Friday, November 26.
Hosts Ant and Dec pre-recorded their links with footage from the camp shown in between due to technical issues caused by the storm and ITV taking “precautionary measures” as a result.
Unfortunately, the problem is ongoing and resulted in a schedule shake-up at the weekend.
Is I’m A Celebrity on tonight?
I’m A Celebrity had to be cancelled on both Saturday and Sunday nights, November 27 and 28.
Instead, compilation shows of I’m A Celebrity were aired and voiced by Ant and Dec.
This has raised questions on whether or not the reality show will be returning for the latest instalment.
As of yet, there has been no official word on if the show is going to make a comeback tonight.
While I’m A Celebrity is still listed for 9pm in the TV guide, ITV hasn’t confirmed if this will still be the case.
Due to the storm, contestants were removed from the castle and taken to a “safe place” where they would remain in their Covid bubble.
Storm Arwen has caused more than 30,000 homes in Wales to experience power cuts and issues with road and rail travel.
So for now at least, it appears there are still problems with getting the show back up and running.

Despite having only just returned, this isn’t the only unexpected issue I’m A Celebrity has faced this year.
Fans had to say goodbye to TV presenter Richard Madeley a day before the storm hit.
Richard, 65, was taken ill in the early hours of the morning during his time in camp.
As a precaution, Richard was taken to the hospital to make sure he was alright.
Sadly, because he had broken the Covid bubble by leaving the campsite, this meant Richard hasn’t been able to rejoin his campmates.
I’m A Celebrity is available to watch on ITV Hub.
