Love Island viewers threaten to turn off TV watching Davide and Ekin-Sus sloppy kiss

Sunday’s episode of Love Island saw Davide Sanclimenti and Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu share their first kiss.

The pair coupled up on Friday with Davide, 27, picking newcomer Ekin-Su, 27 after the Italian found himself single.

During Sunday’s episode the pair shared their first kiss together, but fans of the show weren’t impressed.

Taking to Twitter one user said: “Ekin-su literally collected all of Davide’s face in her mouth like her life depended on it.”

Another added: “Legitimately had to put my hands over my eyes when I whitenesses that kiss.”

Some fans took a while to get over the moment: “Still recovering from watching that kiss boyyyyy.”

While some called for them to refrain from getting so close again: “I hope I never have to see Davide & Ekin Su kiss like that again.”

Another said: “Ekin Su and Davide were doing too much, going all out attack on the lips.”

Italian business owner Davide previously claimed English women will go crazy for him.

The stallion says he can be very romantic with his Italian charms and thinks "Love Island is going to be so much fun."

He said: "I’m good looking and I’ve realised since I first arrived in Manchester, a lot of English girls actually love me.

"They love to be around me and I love to be around them. It’s going to be fun, I’m looking forward to it."

Davide, a self-proclaimed "very deep person", says the Love Island ladies can expect deep conversation and patient listening, or simply just a shoulder to cry on.

He said: "They would say that I’ve got a good heart, I’m a very deep person. For the people around me, I’m always there, ready to support and help them in a moment of need."

While Ekin-Su says she is much more interested in the boys' intelligence instead, and is after "someone who can have good chats."

The actress did confess that she's hoping to find a "serious relationship" in the villa and wants to find a "genuine spark" with a fellow Islander.

She said: "I’m looking for that real genuine spark and they just see me as me.

"I think the concept of the show brings back true and raw feelings."

And it sounds like Ekin-Su won't just settle for any man in the villa, after she admitted to being quite "picky" when asked why she's currently single.

She said: "Partially because I’m quite picky and I’m not just looking for looks, I’m looking for brains!

"I’m looking for someone with intelligence, someone who can have good chats.

"Nothing like cockiness! I’m looking for a serious man and a serious relationship."

Love Island continues every night at 9pm on ITV2.
