STACEY Solomon was trolled last night for letting her three kids eat a bedtime snack in her room.
The Loose Women star had shared a photo at around 10pm of her kids sprawled across the couple's bed – and revealed she received backlash for the honest post on Instagram.
Stacey, 31, took to her Instagram Story last night to document putting her kids to bed and her sons Zachary, Leighton and Rex had taken over her sleeping space.
She typed over her photo: "And now it's time for cheese and crackers. If you're wondering where me and Joe sleep I'll show you."
The devoted mum then labelled the spots where the parents squeezed in.
Stacey added: "This is actually the best case scenario there's space at the ends."
Following the post she shared a screen grab of a comment she received soon after.
It read: "You let them go to bed at 10pm fully clothed, in your bed? Not sure how healthy this can be for them and for you and Joe to sleep among it all!"
Stacey didn't respond directly to the comment and instead she shared a quote from Eleanor Roosevelt that said: "No one can make you feel inferior without your consent."
Stacey added in her own words: "Don't give your consent. Do what works for you unapologetically, always."
The former X Factor star regularly refers to trolls and mummy-shamers as "Susan" on her social media.
Although the presenter cares little for their negative commentary, she has hit back in other ways and cheekily shared a Christmas tree bauble she made for her trolls yesterday.
Stacey captured her crafts area and said off-camera: "Getting some arts and crafts ready for later tonight because as soon as I have bathed him[son Rex], feed him and put him to bed I'm doing something for me.
She then proceeded to film how to make her personalised Christmas decorations with clear baubles from Amazon and clear beads placed inside.
Stacey then printed off a personalised black label that read, "MerryChristmas Susan".
The Loose Women regular then created a second one filled with fake white flowers and a third filled with silver glitter for son Rex.
The TV star revealed that she's already started making handcrafted Christmas presents – after horrifying Joe with a festive bedroom makeover.
