The Apprentice returns to BBC One on Thursday, January 6, with new hopefuls competing for the change to win a £250,000 investment in their business.
With hard tasks and stakes high, it's going to be an intense time for the entrepreneurs who are desperate to get their business off the ground and thriving.
However, for some, it's not the only time that they have been put to the test on screen, with one of the contestants, Kathryn Louise Burn, making her reality TV debut in 2017.
To challenge herself wholeheartedly, Kathyn – also nicknamed Kaggy – appeared on The Island with Bear Grylls in 2017.
At the time she worked as an events manager in Swindon and was a self-declared social media addict as she said she wanted to be taken "completely out of her comfort zone" for the experience.
She said: "I'm more capable than people think I am. I want to prove that to other people and myself."
While on the show, Kathryn was visibly challenged, with one episode showing the younger group struggling to make a fire, resulting in a teary-eyed Kaggy after she feared they may not have water.
In one of the clips she can be seen wearing a pink thermal jacket and tracksuit bottoms with her hair pinned back and a pair of glasses on as she jumped up and down screaming once a fire had started.
Her friendships grew while she was on the show as she bonded with her co-stars, and although a large part of it was challenging, she was also spotted having fun with them too.
Speaking to her local paper, Swindon Advertiser, after her exit, she said: "I knew it would be hard. It was a lot harder than I could have ever imagined though.
"But the sense of achievement that I felt the day I got off the Island was just overwhelming."
In the years since Kathryn appeared on the show, she launched her own brand titled My Christmas Pyjamas, in September 2018, which has only become more and more popular in the years since.
Her glam pyjamas aren't just for the humans in the family either, with a specific range for pets too.
With 15,000 followers on Instagram, she decided now was the time to push the boat out and she is gearing up to launch My Everyday Pyjamas – and if she gets a boost from Lord Sugar it'll help her even more so.
Prior to her stint on the show, Kathryn said she has "ambitious plans" for her pyjama business and is adamant that one day they will be "worn by everyone".
Her confidence is unmatched, but does she have what it takes to dominate the boardroom and land the £250,000 investment?
The Apprentice starts this Thursday, 6th January at 9pm on BBC One, followed by You’re Fired on BBC Two. Watch live and on-demand on BBC iPlayer.
