The Circle star Alex Hobern has revealed he and wife Millie Logan are having a baby boy.

The couple shared their happy news in a sweet video on Instagram.



The Circle stars penned in a joint post today: "We are so excited to share with you that our baby boy will be joining us this summer."

The announcement was dozens of comments from delighted friends and fans, as one said: "Wonderful news! Many congratulations! "

A second said: "Awww congratulations guuuys! Could say it's come full circle!"

YouTuber Alex, 30, took part in popularity experiment The Circle as 'Kate' and used his real-life girlfriend Millie's pictures for his profile back in 2018.

He was so convincing in the role that he won the £50,000 prize for being the most liked contestant among the players, as well as another £25k for winning the public vote.

After winning the show Alex told The Sun: "My moral compass was torn so many times between sticking to my game plan and telling people who I actually am.

"My girlfriend's a real person living on the outside that I don't want to offend and people are judging her image, too.

"There are so many factors running through your head and you get yourself into a real toxic place. I never want to be fake again now."

Players spent weeks without any physical human contact, living in a block of flats filled with cameras.

It had a big effect on Alex, with his mind racing over how he was being perceived.

"It's a weird situation to be in, and you start getting locked in your own mind a bit," he explained.

"It's funny what you're mind can do to you when you start to think."

Alex now has nearly 100k followers on Instagram and now works as a social media consultant.

The Circle was hosted by Emma Willis before being axed by Channel 4, and then rebooted on Netflix.
