Farrah Abraham doesn’t seem to hold back on her opinions. The famed Teen Mom OG star found herself in the news last week when she told TMZ she thought both Jenelle Evans and Amber Portwood had failed as mothers. That wasn’t the first time the TV personality has called out other people, though. Back in September 2018, Abraham was looking to fight Vivica A. Fox over drug test results.
Farrah Abraham isn’t thrilled with Vivica A. Fox
Farrah Abraham’s feud with Vivica A. Fox seems to stretch back to September 2018. The mother of one and adult entertainer appeared on Face the Truth to discuss everything from her reality TV career to her sex tape. Abraham has long insisted her sex tape was not a “porno,” but rather a “licensed product.”
Fox, however, was a little more interested in one of Abraham’s involuntary actions; the former Teen Mom OG cast member kept wiping her nose. According to American Addiction Centers, a runny nose can be a sign of cocaine use. With that being said, it can also be a symptom of everything from allergies to the common cold.
To get to the bottom of the issue, Fox presented Abraham with a drug test. She eventually obliged, and the results were read on the air. Abraham tested positive for barbiturates. She insists she does not use drugs, either prescribed or recreational. Her mother, Debra Danielson also submitted a sample. Her results came back negative, according to Too Fab.
Vivica A. Fox spilled some tea on Watch What Happens Live
The beef between Fox and Abraham has quieted down in recent months, but fans are not forgetting the influencer’s odd behavior. When Fox appeared on Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, a fan called in specifically to ask about Abraham.

Fox spilled all of the tea on the incident. Not only did she call out Abraham for claiming her test was somehow tainted, but she noted the mother of one was looking to fight after the results were aired. Abraham never did admit to using drugs of any kind, but generally speaking, drug tests don’t lie.
Vivica A. Fox has no hard feelings
Fox, for her part, doesn’t seem to have any hard feelings about the former Teen Mom OG star. She noted that Abraham appeared to be in serious denial about her alleged drug problem, and insisted her sample was somehow swapped.
While Abraham originally wanted to throw hands at the Kill Bill star, it’s all love from Fox. She stated in the Watch What Happens Live episode that she is praying for the former reality TV star and hopes she gets better.
Fox’s concern seems to lay squarely for Abraham’s daughter, Sophia. Sophia is regularly featured on Instagram and appears to be perfectly happy, but there are some concerns stemming from Abraham’s parenting. Abraham frequently leaves the 10-year-old in the care of her grandparents, citing privacy concerns with babysitters. Sophia’s father died in a car accident before she was born.
