Zayn Malik pleads GUILTY to harassing Gigi Hadid & 'shoved' her mom Yolanda 'into a dresser' after shocking claims

ZAYN Malik has pleaded guilty to harassing his baby mama Gigi Hadid and her mother Yolanda after a verbal and "physical" altercation at his Pennsylvania home.

The singer previously claimed the incident was a "private matter" that should remain between family.

But it emerged on Friday that Zayn, 28, had been charged with crimes against Gigi and Yolanda Hadid and has pleaded guilty.

According to TMZ, the father of one was "charged with four criminal offenses of harassment", and has pleaded "guilty" on one and "no contest" on the other three.

In documents obtained by the outlet, Zayn was at the home he shared with Gigi in Pennsylvania on September 29 before an argument broke out.

VERBAL ABUSE

He allegedly "called Yolanda a f***ing Dutch s**t," and commanded her to "stay away from [my] f***ing daughter."

He also referred to the infant as "the f***ing sperm that came out of [my] f***ing c***", according to court documents.

Zayn then allegedly "shoved [Yolanda] into a dresser causing mental anguish and physical pain," though the singer has denied any sort of physical contact.

According to court documents, the UK native then screamed at Gigi, the mother of their one-year-old daughter Khai, to: "strap on some f***ing balls and defend your partner against your f***ing mother in my house."

The report also revealed that a security guard was on property during the altercation, and the X-Factor alum yelled "get the f*** out of my f***ing house copper" before trying to fight the officer.

Zayn pled no contest Wednesday to harassment and was fined, according to TMZ shared, but will have "conditions" on his case.

ANGER MANAGEMENT & PROBATION

The young father will face 90 days probation for each count, with a total of "360 days, the outlet reports.

Dusk Till Dawn singer Zayn must also reportedly complete an anger management class and a domestic violence program.

And he has also been ordered to not speak or make contact with both Yolanda and the security guard on duty at that time, TMZ reports.

If the performer has "satisfied" all conditions of the case for six months, the judge has the authority to "terminate probation."

The Sun exclusively revealed on Friday that Gigi and Zayn had "split" after he allegedly "struck" Yolanda in the incident.

The couple called it quits “with the intention of getting back together,” a source revealed.

“They've broken up multiple times before so when it comes to them getting back together, never say never.

“But they definitely need time apart, it's what's best for everyone involved,” the insider added.

TENSIONS HIGH

The informant also explained that tensions began rising between Zayn and the Real Housewives star when she "leaked their pregnancy news" though he wanted it to remain private.

"Tension really started between Yolanda and Zayn last year when he suspected she was the one who leaked their pregnancy news in the first place.

“Gigi and Zayn didn't want to announce it publicly until after Gigi gave birth. With lockdown, it was the perfect time to give them that privacy they never would have had otherwise," they disclosed.

“They were so grateful for that privacy and they were very upset when it came out. Zayn is a very, very private person and while dating him, Gigi has become a lot more private too."

The source also alleged that Zayn feels Yolanda does not have the "same sense of privacy" which has led to the two "clashing."

“They also have very different parenting styles and both are extremely stubborn when it comes to Khai," they added.

Gigi and Zayn welcomed their daughter, Khai, in September 2020 after five years of on-again-off-again dating.
